Weigh In Week 13

So here we are at another Weigh In. How did we do? This has been an incredible two weeks for me with many ups and downs. In spite of that I've still managed to lose 3 pounds. I have high hopes for this coming week as I'm switching up my diet a little. The good news is that once again I am at my lowest weight since beginning this journey. I hope you all had good losses with this two week weigh in. So now lets see how you did. Lets also give a big welcome to Melissa who is joining us this week. Glad to have you on board Melissa!

    My crazy weight loss seems to be over. I was a bit concerned after the last weigh in so I bought a pedometer so that I can see just how much walking I have been doing. So far, I am averaging 7 miles a shift. Mostly it is brisk walking so that explains the rapid weight loss.
    I am weighing in with a 5 pound loss. The difference from this two weeks and the last is absolutely crazy. I dont understand it. But its still a loss, so I am happy.

  2. Sulli that loss is still above normal. You should be very happy! :) It will slow down when you start losing fat instead of water. For that reason slow downs are a good thing! :)

  3. Welcome, Melissa.

    I'm right back to ZERO!

    I gained 3 last week and lost 3 this week, so I'm right back at the 136 mark. I can't seem to get on the other side of 135 - I'm only 5ft 4in so while my weight number looks good - it still has my BMI higher than it should be, especially for my age.

    The good news is that my percentage of body fat went down 0.5 points. That means I'm adding muscle and getting rid of fat, regardless of what the scale says.

  4. Oky let me get that straight. Are you speaking of weeks as in weigh in weeks cause there were two weeks this weigh in. Does your total on the sidebar stay the same or does it go down three pounds. Im a little confused. :)

  5. Hey Mrs. D, good for you. I am down 2, 17 to go. I think 1 pound a week is a little slow, but if it'll work once and for all, I should be happy with it. In 2 weeks we are going to a family reunion and I'd hoped to be slimmer. The good news is I don't eat much around those people so I might see a loss despite vacation!

  7. I lost another pound this week. I started walking last week, and the hills in my neighborhood are killing me. (The double stroller doesn't help any.)

  8. Oh goodness I did not like what the scale had to say today. I'm gaining weight. I know why and it's my own fault. Life has been in chaos mode and we've been eating out as a result. When I eat out too much I gain and gain a lot. I've got a plan though to get myself back on the right path so maybe next week I'll be able to post a loss again. :) So for me I'm down 10 lbs overall with 145 to go.

  9. Gained 2. Ugh! My hubby is working round the clock, and I'm so much busier, so I don't know what happened! I need to really start journaling what I eat I guess... Congratulations to all you 'losers' LOL Welcome Melissa :)

  11. two pounds! It was a crazy week. My weight was all over the place. one day I would be up, then the next I would be down. But for today.. down two.
