Heres what I ate today

Breakfast:
Egg white,
Fried Egg,
Peas,
Cottage Cheese,

Lunch:
Bulgur, cooked,
Kraft Zesty Italian Salad Dressing,
Chicken Breast,

Dinner:
None

Snack:
Velveeta Cheese Spread, 1 oz 85 3 6 5
Sweet Pickles, 3 slice 25 7 0 0

Morning Snack:
Fig Bar Cookies, 2 cookie 111 23 2 1

CALORIES CARBS FAT PROTEIN
909 83 40 54

Yep there's no fruit. I hate fruit. My goal the next few days is to get fruit in. Actually I notice now there arent any vegetables either. Well I love veggies. Usually I have some but let me tell you that I had the bulgar at lunch and wasnt hungry the rest the day. Its a miracle food!

    Hubby has to start on that diet- we're looking to up the life insurance, and he needs to lose about 10 lbs quickly, LoL.

    Of course, the fact that there's no other men may bother him a little...
