Fridays Food

Breakfast:
1 pancake
Pancake Syrup,
Butter, salted,

Lunch:
Biscuit,
Hamburger Gravy,

Dinner:
English muffins,
peanut butter
Orange Marmalade,
Peach Yogurt

Snack:
Apple
Peanut Butter
Cheddar Cheese
turkey thin meat

If anybody cares to they can share what they ate today in the comments. I love seeing what people are eating!

  1. Sounds like you are starving yourself. You probably don't want to know what I ate! I'm not a good dieter.
    breakfast - cereal and milk
    lunch - 4 leftover dinner rolls (small, whole wheat), a mozzarella stick, and a selection of fruit
    dinner - chicken pot pie (only one crust, and extra veges), green salad, and Jerusalem artichokes with leeks
    snacks - easter candy
    drink-lots of water

    Actually, if not for the candy I'd be okay. Sweets are my downfall.

  2. I not a good dieter either. I have never gotten in all my fruits and veggies and Im always heavy on the bread!

    And you're right your day doesnt look too bad. I wish I could drink lots of water. I drank three glasses today. Whe Im not trying to drink water I go days without!
