This is it! This is the day of reckoning! How did we all do. I lost 2 pounds exactly this week. I like good strong round numbers.
I'm thinking I must have the right amount of calories because I'm consistently losing 1.5 to 2.00 pounds a week. Id like it to be faster, who wouldn't? But at this rate I suppose its healthier, that's what they all say.
I've been eating well rounded meals with salad as my base. Last night I had steak!! Yummy. That's the huge advantage to counting calories; you can still eat of all the food groups. I looked at South Beach only to discover I was pretty much doing it without knowing simply because things like white potatoes and white flour are laden with calories. I haven't had white potatoes since January and I don't even miss them.
Anyway on to the challenge! So what did you lose this week?
