So my diet began March 12, 2008. I'm not sure if my goal of 100lbs. is definite. My first goal was 50lbs by June 4th, I was just 4lbs shy of it and as of today I am 2lbs shy of it. So at the end of 13 weeks I am down 48lbs. (Thought I would just spell it out because that was beginning to look like a word problem...lol) For now we will consider my goal 100lbs but that may change as I get smaller as I am gonna gain some muscle as I begin to weight train. Thanks for letting me join your group. : )
