Yesterday I made a conscious decision to eat a few more calories and to take time for meals. I had my usual protein/carb combo in the form of a sandwich for breakfast. I had Progresso soup for lunch and chicken and green beans with a bit of stuffing for dinner. For snack I had cheese and pickles and apple slices. I still lost a half pound yesterday so that is good.
I forgot to mention that there will be no weighin this coming Thursday because I will be out of town. So now we all have two weeks to take this off.
I dont know where I've been, but this is the first time I have visited this site. Congratulations and you have my admiration for sticking to your weight loss program!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteNow my question to you is...I need to seriously go on a weight loss program, but for some reason I just cant get motivated and if I do start...the power to stay on it..just isnt there. Any suggestions?
i think you have to listen to your body. I am starting to get a feel for when mine needs to cut down or go up. I hope you have a great time away!
ReplyDeleteIts hard to say Arlene but when the time is right its just right. It took me two years of changing little things before I was ready to launch in full scale. I just got too overweight and got scared!
ReplyDeleteJust wandered over to your blog for the first time and wanted to say congratulations on how far you've come. You really are an inspiration!
ReplyDeleteHave fun with your trip!
So what is the calorie intake now vs before? Doesn't sound to me like you upped your calorie intake unless you didn't list everything you ate. I would take any loss over none. and of course I still commend you for doing it in a healthy way.I totally missed weighing in last week. I don't know what happened. It's been crazy. Of course I still don't have a change so as I keep saying I better get off my tush.

ReplyDeleteI just found your blog and love it! Have added it to my daily list of "must reads"!
