Weigh In Week 28

Here we are again! I cant believe how the time flies! I had a good loss. I lost 3 pounds this week and I'm happy. That happiness is tempered, however, with the knowledge that I dipped too low in calories a couple days this week. I was busy canning and just wasn't paying attention to my diet. I also didn't eat enough protein and I have the migraine to show for it. My body likes balance and it didn't get it this week. This coming week I am going to concentrate on getting in enough water and protein. Life is weird. I worry when I don't lose the weight and I worry when I lose too much in one week, but hey, people I cant afford to lose muscle here instead of fat. So while I'm pleased to weigh 207 I'm not pleased at the level of healthy eating I did this week. Dieting is all about living and learning, adjusting and readjusting.

    I'm down two pounds! I remembered that I had to weigh in this morning last night while Jon and I were eating ice cream. I finished my pint anyway and thought, "Oh well!" I guess I must have behaved well enough the rest of the week.

  3. Yeah...I finally hit the 80's I lost 1 pound I am now at 189. YIPEE

  6. WTG Mrs. Darling! I agree that protein intake is key during weight loss. You might want to consider a protein supplement for those time you are too busy to eat.
