When a pause becomes long wait

This whole time of life is not lovely. I'm referring to the time that hits after those childbearing years are over. Yep, Again TOM isn't here and its 5 days past. Sometimes he comes every 15 days for months and just when you adjust to that then bam! he waits 36 to 40 days. This effects my ability to lose weight in a huge way. Needless to say I'm frustrated but I am not giving in! I will lose this battle one .25 pound at a time. It will not beat me!

  1. 90pounds lost and no period in close to a year. The doctors say its because of the extreme change in body weight and I have to give it time but it would just be nice to be regular! I know the exact days when I'm suppose to get it and without going into too much detail, it shows ONLY A LITTLE but nothing longer then an hour or so. UUGGG

Is that too much info? HA...boy am I getting comfortable with the world of blogging!

  2. I had a partial hysterectomy in July 07. It is one of the best decisions I have ever made! I never missed a day or had trouble that way, but had a lot of pain and heaviness which was causing problems. My options were to take birth control, do the boiling water thing, or hysterectomy. I chose the hysterectomy sinse it was a sure cure when the others had their own side affects. I have friends with your problem and see how awful it is for them.

  3. i'm 39 and have started noticing a little bit of a change.......TOM came today and wasn't supposed to arrive till Saturday.....ah the joys of being a female ;)

  4. oops.......I'm still 38! Guess I'll be ready when that birthday comes around in May

  5. nope it wont.
and if you ever feel like IT IS. IM TIRED.

    lean on all of us.

  6. Wow, I hadn't thought of the weight-loss affecting that, though it makes sense. I've heard those tiny little gymnasts are affected that way from all their physical training.

Hang in there; half your battle is over with already. I'm looking forward to the email exchange, because I really need it to get back into the groove. All of the sudden I'm starving constantly. I'm telling you, it's GOT to be mental.

Thank you for taking the time to encourage me on my journey! Your comment is appreciated!
