Weigh in

Well goodness, I gained and I gained good! I have gained five pounds! No its not from eating great quantities of food. Its from eating food at night. I've been barreling through my days barely eating and bang, I slam up against nightime with no food in my belly. So I eat.

I have said before on here that I can eat anything I want as long as I eat it before 3pm. I can eat a salad after 9pm and gain a ton! I have known this for years and I just have to work with it!

So this week I will drink lots of water and not eat after 3. This is ridiculous!


  1. You know you have to eat after 3 pm but maybe not after dinner. Remember this is NOT easy but you are doing great!! Be strong!!

  2. I agree with Jen..maybe just eat light and not much after 6:30 or so..

    I lost a lb this week and broke (keeping my fingers crossed) the plateau :) 221

  3. I lost some this week, but I missed weighing in at times. My weight has been bouncing around a bit. My new numbers for the sidebar are 12 and (pounds to goal 78).

  4. oooh woman :) you can SO EAT AFTER THREE.
    if you dont and if you wait till breakfast you are TELLING YER BOD to hold onto fat and to consume muscle.

    just eat as clean as you can and stop snacking after a planned dinner.
