On a journey to lose the weight and get healthy.
it's monday.whats our plan for the week??
I have a ton of outdoor work that needs done and the weather is holding so that should happen. I plan on writing down everything I eat and get a better idea of whats going on here. Im at the end of another wasted month diet wise. Im also going to drink 6 glasses of water. Im doing better in that area but not good enough! So got any pointers for me?
