Yes I have lost about 6 pounds in the last two weeks but goodness me, am I struggling. I need to get some sort of eating structure to my day. Some refer to eating clean as eating natural foods. When I speak of eating clean I am referring to a day when meals and snacks and clearly defined and clearly thought out. Lately I have not had a day of eating clean. I need to find myself before I get lost in the maze of thoughtless eating and sugary snacks. I need to clean things up in my diet.
Tomorrow we are going to our friends house for Easter dinner. She is serving ham. I have already decided that I am not going to touch it. I gain 5 pounds with the tiniest bite of ham! After my ordeal with the ham at Christmas I have decided to just make ham an off limits food and pretend I'm allergic to it cause in a way I really am.
So here's to better meal planning and to getting organized on the food front!
