Well now its the slow crawl down to where I was the first of March. I lost three pounds this week. I have lost 6.5 pounds since returning from Idaho. That would be great if it would be new weight loss but alas I am taking off the gain I had during the last two weeks of March. Why is it so easy to gain and so hard to lose? It really is weird to think I can gain 12 pounds in two weeks but take an entire month or more to lose it. Frustrating!
But the point is I am losing it. I am not going to let momentary gains throw me off course. So today I weigh 206.5. I have 4.5 pounds to go to be at my lowest where I was four weeks ago. So its onward and downward and never look back. I'm just continuing in my diet and letting my body do its thing. How hard can this be? Sh, dont tell me!
