Setting a Goal

Not once in this year and a half journey to a healthier me have I set a weight loss goal! Well now I am. My goal for this summer is to come out the first of September with an 18 pound loss. That would put me at 195 pounds. It would mean a loss of 6 pounds a month which would be an average of 1.5 lbs. a week. Thats totally doable!

Now on to the goal! Im excited to see if I can achieve it!


  1. I finally set a 15 pound loss goal for Sept. 1 - you can do it!!! I can do it!!! Let's get these dastardly pounds off!!!

    Anyhoo, this "Dieting is not a piece of cake" title caught my eye. Have I got news for you! Dieting IS a piece of cake...literally and figuratively. Or maybe I should say, "You really can have your cake and eat it too!"

    I had a french friend visit me last week and make me a chocolate cake you can eat and never gain weight. Well, okay, just a teeny bit of weight, though, not much at all.

    If you want the recipe let me know. You'll love it! It's low in sugar as well.
