Knock, Knock, is anybody in there? Yeah, that's me knocking on your computer screen. I know I haven't been keeping up on this blog very well. Since school started in September I have been breathing and eating school stuff. School stuff makes you gain weight! So now I am making a new start.
For this week alone I am going to report in here every day. My goals are simple; to stick with a 1500 calorie diet, to walk one time around the block, to drink 2 glasses of water. That's it.
Now here I go. Tomorrow check back to see if I did it. Of course I wont know until evening and since I'm on the West coast that will get pretty late for some of you so check back Wednesday morning and be sure I did what I said I would do. If I didn't throw a carrot at me!
