Help! I need suggestions

My days are so busy and much of them are spent on the road. I need a pre made canned protein drink to get me through the busiest part of the day. It needs to be high in protein and low in sugar so I don't get an afternoon slump. Does anybody have any suggestions for me? It would be nice if it tasted good but it doesn't have to. I just need a lunch meal replacement so I don't grab whatever is around as I rush from class to class with my kids.

  2. Sorry don't do drinks here. I hate "wasting" calories on drinks. I'd do a PB sandwich and a piece of fruit, but I'm sure there are great drinks available.

  3. Tb Im glad you said that. In fact, thats exactly what Ive been doing but I was thinking maybe I should have something that is balanced vitamin and mineral wise. I take gobs of vitamins and herbs so I really dont know why Im so worried about that. I guess I was thinking there might be too many carbs but then again there is usually a lot of carbs in those drinks. Hmm food for thought.

  4. Milk? Chocolate milk? I agree with TB, if I need quick food on the go, it's pbj and fruit and nuts. Weird processed food-like concoctions scare me.
