I went on vacation for three days and as a result I haven't weighed. I don't intend to weigh either until I have a few days of normal eating to return my weight back to where it was. This dieting thing is kicking my butt. So many times I am tempted to just fast and do this like I used to but then I have to remind myself that that is the very reason I am in the predicament I now find myself. So its back to steady eating of good things.
It's OK not to weigh yourself. Just return to your healthy eating after your vacation and you will be fine. You might want to kick up the exercise a notch.
