I came across your blog via a comment you made on someone else's blog. I am following the HCG diet and it is the best choice I have ever made. It is a low calorie diet consisting of phases. The first phase is low calorie for a lenght of either 23 or 43 days. Then P3 is no sugar,no starch for 21 days and then P4 is gradually adding sugar/starch for another 21 days. The purpose of P3 and P4 is to reset your metabolism. Then you can start another round if you have more weight to lose. This diet strictly follows the Dr. Simeon's protocol.
