Counting

Trying to hang on by counting calories. For now that's all I can do. I am actually tracking them now instead of just figuring them in my head so I'm hopful this will work. I never could get any sort of success if I didnt write things down.

  1. For sure - journalling is the key. If you see what the National Weight Control Registry says http://www.nwcr.ws/ , you'll figure it out. Ever read "Thin for Life" by Ann Fletcher? Available @ second-hand book stores - looks at the weight registry and how various people got the weight off. Different avenues but a lot of the same tactics too.

  4. No, but I've been thinking about it. It might just be that Im through menopause and 51 years old. I see even thin people putting on tummys at this time in life! sigh
