Week 1

On December 13 I weighed 253 pounds. Today I weigh 248. That is a loss of 5 pounds in 10 days. From this time on my weigh in day will be on Friday. I dont have a weight for last Friday cause I was out of town. So I have lost the first five pounds. I'll take that. Instead of looking at the 90 pounds I want to lose I will celebrate every pound. I gained 1 pound at a time. I will lose 1 pound at a time.

  2. Congrats on the weightloss! I am so not in a good place with my weight. I feel like a whale and I think I am around 298 lbs. Blah!! I am a WW member and have actually gained since I joined. I am going back to counting calories and getting exercise in. Just keeping it simple..although I am giving myself 1800 calories and then on Fridays, I am going to give myself 2000 calories. I have done that before and lost a lot.
