  1. Don't give in to the craving!!

I'm craving ANYTHING right now. I'll make you a deal.....neither of us gives in, ok? We'll hold firm together. We are stronger than some ol' craving.......(aren't we?).

    Hang in there!

  2. how about throwing some yogurt, frozen or not frozen fruit in the blender with some ice cubes if you make it thick enough you'll need to eat it with a spoon ;)

  3. How about getting your mind off food?

Take a walk through your flowers and breath deeply. If that bothers your headaches, omit the deep breaths. If the light bothers your head tour your shade garden. Is Tiger Lily there? If so, take her with you so you can see the flowers through her eyes or teach her to appreciate them.

  4. You folks are all the best. The only icecream we had in the hosue was icecream bars and Im not fond of their cheap waxy chocolate coating so I thought my craving was safe. I was wrong. I went downstairs and there set my husband and kids eating Heath Bar Icecream that my husabnd had jusst bought that night! GRRR I had 1/2 a cup for 160 calories.

  6. I hope today is a better day for you! I was really bad yesterday. Our friends are here for the weekend and we went shopping. I had 2 EL fudge cookies, then we didn't have time for supper and got pizza, then icecream. I am going to try to be better today to plan and be prepared.
