I ate sugar yesterday without protein to counterbalance any of it. On top of that I ate too much sugar! A little sugar I can handle; too much gives me a splitting migraine! Right now my entire head feels like its going to blow off. With so many reasons to eat right I cant figure out why I'm not better at it.
I like your last sentence...and I have often wondered that myself! Hope you are feeling better today.
ReplyDeleteUgh! I really don't like when that happens. Just yesterday, I had trouble with my sugars dropping and didn't have any protein with me. I had sugary food, but that only started a domino effect that left me with a pretty bad headache. I was careful not to overdo too much on the carbs, but apparently I didn't get enough of the right proteins yesterday.
