Thanksgiving Diet Plan

Well tomorrow I shall find out how dedicate I really am toward this weight loss thing. My goal is to stay on plan. I can't afford not too. I've had too many off plan days this year. I dont need the luxury of going off my program cause its Thanksgiving. I tell myself that all I need is a bite of everything and that will be enough. I feel very ready for this! Now to watch diligently what goes onto my fork!

  1. I know what you mean! It's so easy to make excuses for ourself and let ourselves "cheat" because it's a special occasion, then we realize that a special occasion occurs pretty much every week and we are on a constant "cheat". Good luck during the holiday season, it's the toughest one but you'll make it!

  3. usually one little cheat meal leads to another and without noticing you are eating all the stuff you shouldnt again
