Cant believe its been almost a month since I wrote anything here! There is nothing new to report. My weight is holding steady. I am not losing but neither am I gaining. I have been walking every chance I get. I must get the loss going again! It's happening but oh, so slowly!
You can do it - I also had a pretty rough February and March but plan on having a fab April.

Glad to see you back! Keep up the walking - it has a dual effect: fitness and metabolism, and it's also a mood-booster that keeps you from running to junk food!
