Weigh in day
I'm surprised at how motivated I am to do this. Sometimes a person can just try and try to lose weight and just never get off the ground. The solution is to never quit trying. Okay, so this is Friday morning. I'm making Fridays my weigh in day. I have lost exactly 5 pounds now from the first of January. I was 235 I am now 230. I like nice round numbers! I will get to goal this year! I am sure of that. My goal weight is 175. No I wont be a runway model at that weight but I will be healthier. If I lose more than that its fine. If I lose less than that it is not fine. So here I go for the ride! Follow along if you like!
