HCG diet is off

I'm still here, but incredibly busy. I'm down a pound then up a pound, then down a pound and up a pound. I'm still taking the hcg but not following the diet as you can see. I'm not sure which way to go with this. I know one thing, I positively do not have the constitution for the 500 calorie diet. My blood sugar dips way low and yesterday I broke out with candida on my face for the first time.  I have to step back and figure out what exactly it is I'm doing here. There's got to be more diets out there that work with the hcg. Dr. Simmeons protocol is just not doable for me.

  1. Sounds like you need some (((( hugs )))) so here are some for you! Likely something that is do-able long-term is the best bet, even though it can be kinda boring and results taking a while.

  2. you can lost your weight, please do not eat fried foods, do not eat fat, eat only foods that are boiled, or baked, soup without the fat. In my experience, my weight could go down 10 pounds in 21 days

  4. HCG diets are garbage and unhealthy way to do this. I transformed by body in 12 weeks with a very low to no carb diet with cheat days every 14 days.

  5. HCG diets are not garbage and unhealthy if done correctly with good HCG. There are tons of forums for support.
    I have personally lost 47lbs on this diet with hypoothyroidism, insulin resistance, and PCOS. I have never felt better. This is the only thing that has worked for me and it's the easiest thing I have ever done.

  6. Yeah..the 500 calorie intake part was difficult for me to compehend at first...I did it though..but it was an intersting journey. Just keep doing what you are doing and you are great no matter what.

  9. But if you are eating only 500/day and drinking lots of water you will lose alot of weight with out HCG so why spend $200????? Yeah it help with appetite but there things out there that cost a heck of lot less. Come on if we all only ate 500 calories a day we would be a very skinny economy.
