I know how you feel. I think the clue is to figure out why you are holding onto the weight and that only comes by looking deep down inside and asking yourself why.
I don't have the "why" figured out either, but I'm working on it! :-/
I just found your blog, and can relate totally! Eight months ago I began the process of changing how I ate and changing how I lived (daily walks have now become daily runs, and weight lifting is creeping in too).
If I can do it, anyone can - you too!
And yes, hope is what keeps you moving! Keep the hope!!!
I stumbled on your blog and all I got through was the first post here and let me just say, I say that to myself every single week. Good Luck and don't give up, one week or one day or one hour at a time, you can do it!
