No I Didnt Disappear

Well here I am again; 5 pounds heavier. Today I eat right. The funny thing is that most days I eat right. I'm eating too much of right and that's where the problem lies. I have a plan now and I'm going to work it. No more messing around. I can't continue to gain. My plan is still lo carb. Today is the first day of the rest of my life!


  1. Honestly, my opinion about dieting is to just eat correct portions. Don't starve yourself of food or the correct nutrition. Don't count calories, make calories count.

    p.s. I'm not trying to change your mind about anything, the fact that you're taking action shows you have stronger character than most people. I was just throwing what I think out there.

  2. Good for you - maybe use your blog for accountability? Either post your daily "wrap-up" or how your day went or what you've eaten? Accountability is so important!
    You CAN do this!

  3. I'm having a hard time with my weight also - can't seem to find the motivation to do what I know I need to do. Two years ago I lost 63 lb (before my daughter's wedding) but I have slowly put most of it back on. Now my son's wife is expecting (they're stationed in England - USAF) so I have 7 months to lose it before I'm off to England to meet my first grandchild! We CAN do this!

  4. change your cupcake so that it does not encourage bad food intake...just sayin' but if you like it, then keep up the good attitude toward making progress...some days you win, some days not so much. just keep truckin'

  5. The time that I was blind and needed to see the light was tough. I needed info on living sober. And finally found the one that worked for me.
