Drinking away the blues

Im depressed. So what do I do? I stop and buy a white mocha at Starbucks. For days Ive been wanting one and have resisted. Today Im all down in the dumps and I bought one. I drank it. Now Im more in the dumps. Okay, so now I have to figure out how to fight my low times with something besides a calorie loaded treat. Of course I will figure it in to my days consumption but Ive sure made it harder on myself by drinking the stupid thing. Ugh. Life is not good right now.


  1. (((Hugs))) We all have days that are harder than others. Sometimes it seems as though resisting the urge for something makes us want it even more.

    I am a chocolate addict and have been allowing myself a 2 finger kit kat per day which is only 2.5 points on weight watchers. In the past I have given up chocolate altogether and lasted a week before having tons more than if I'd just allowed myself a little.

  3. I am so sorry that you are feeling depressed. Starbucks has options for us. I had a skinny latte this week when my cold had me feeling blue. I hope you are able to feel better soon.

  4. I know jenn but a skinny latte just doesnt cut it for me. I dont even like fat lattes! LOL
